Glenda grew up on farms in Antelope and Labelle, then helped after the the family moved to Terreton. She worked very hard caring for her younger brothers and helping her mother. She attended schools in the Ririe area and graduated from Roberts High School. Later, she earned a nursing degree from Ricks College. On November 4, 1955, she and Darwin were married in Idaho Falls LDS Temple; they were blessed with six children. Later in life, she felt a great desire work as a nurse. She struggled to reach that goal but eventually realized her dream. She was a pianist and member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Survivors included: children Val W. (Kathleen) Judy of Shelley, Brett (Katie) Judy, Terrel (Traci) Judy of Bothell, WA, Kerry (Patricia) Judy of Shelley, Wendy Judy and Ryan (Carrine) Judy of Prescott Valley, AZ; siblings Leon (Carol) Tirrell of Sacramento, CA, Galen (Betty) Tirrell of Bluffdale, UT, Lennis (Margene) Tirrell of Ammon and Gary (Connie) Tirrell of West Valley, UT; brothers-in-law Doyle (Karen) Judy and Steve (Sharel) Judy, both of Ammon; and 26 grandchildren.
