FUNERAL FRIDAY


Mrs. Eldora Schilling, 66, of 1647 Christopher Lane, Speedway, secretary and accountant, died yesterday at Methodist Hospital.

Death was due to a heart condition.

Mrs. Schilling was secretary and accountant at the Test Corp. 34 years. She started work in the days before business college or high school graduation was required for a business position, and she learned by doing.

She was a charter member of Ben Davis Christian Church and for 32 years was secretary-treasurer of the church. She taught Sunday school classes 25 years, but had to give it up because of impaired health.

Her husband was Ray Schilling, a mechanic who died a year after their marriage.

Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday in Conkle Speedway Funeral Home, with burial in Maple Hill Cemetery, Plainfield.
