Rallo Buchanan, 88, of Bellaire, Ohio died Sunday May 6, 2012 at the Shadyside Care Center, Shadyside, Ohio.

He was born April 6, 1924 in Athens County, Ohio, a son of the late Albert Anthony Buchanan and Emma Jane (Grimm) Buchanan Barber.

He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Bellaire, Ohio, a former member of The First Reformed United Church of Christ, and a former Saints Camper.

He retired as a Mill Clerk for Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Cleo Louise (Miller) Buchanan on January 8, 2006, and three sisters, Callie Warren, Dollie Buchanan, and Naomi Robertson.

He is survived by his three children, Edward L. (Carol) Buchanan of Larimore, North Dakota, Sue A. Eastwood of Bellaire, Ohio and Pattie (Dwight) Major of Paintsville, Kentucky, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

There will be no visitation, a family graveside service will be held in New Greenwood Cemetery, Wednesday May 9, 2012 at 11:30 am, with Reverend Donald Lawson Jr. officiating.
