Thursday 19 February 1959:

"Requiem Mass for Mrs. Ruby Kelly Bissett, 71, wife of DeSales Bissett, 86 West Hampshire Street, who died Saturday in Potomac Valley Hospital, Keyser, was celebrated Tuesday at St. Peter's Catholic Church by Rev. Charles H. Quinn, assistant pastor. Rev. Lius Robinson, pastor, Rev. George J. Pugh, assistant pastor of the local church and Rev. Michael Kenneth Carney, pastor of St. Peter the Apostle Church, Oakland, were in the sanctuary.

Pallbearers were Charles Kelly, Cumberland; James B. Bissett, Baltimore; Philip Kelly, McMullen highway; James L. Bissett Edward H. Pendergast, Charles Pendergast, John Bissett and Oliver Michaels.

A daughter of the late James F. and Sara J. (McCambley) Kelly, Mrs. Bissett was a native of Piedmont. She was a member of St. Peter's Church, the Altar Society and the Sodality.

Mrs. Bissett fractured her hip in a fall on 29 January and had been a patient in the Keyser hospital since that time.

Besides her husband, she leaves five brothers, John F. Kelly, Rochester, N. Y.; Clay A. Kelly, Kansas City, Missouri; Joseph Leo Kelly and Dr. Ligouri Kelly, Washington, D. C.; Francis Kelly, Clearwater, Florida, and one sister, Mrs. Martin Sweeney, Weston, W.Va.

Out of town relatives attending were Mr. and Mrs. John Kelly, Rochester, N. Y.; Clay A. Kelly, Kansas City, Missouri; Mr. and Mrs. Martin Sweeney, Weston, W.Va.; Mr. and Mrs. Leo Kelly, Washington and Francis Kelly, Clearwater, Florida."
