WILLIAM H. "BILL" CLARK, 84, of Racine, formerly of Hurricane, W.Va., widower of Waneta Kettler Clark, died Sunday at his son's home. He was a retired storeroom supervisor for American Electric Power. Survivors include one son, Ronald L. Clark of Racine; one brother, Harry Clark of Bear Creek, Ala.; and two great-grandchildren, Kali Morgan Cunningham and Brayden Nash Cummings, both of Pomeroy. Graveside service 1 p.m. Wednesday at Valley View Memorial Park, Hurricane. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Foglesong-Tucker Funeral Home, Mason, W.Va.
