Death Claims Well Known Christian County Resident
TAYLORVILLE, Nov. 14.—A. R Cameron, aged 71 years died this morning at 8 o'clock at his home near Owaneco of complication of diseases. Mr. Cameron was born in Martin county, Ind., the son of Louis and Martha Cameron. When three years of age he moved to Effingham county. Ill., and later to Sangamon county and 18 years ago became a resident of Owancco. Mr. Cameron was married In 1870 to Sophie E. Jacobs in Effingham county, who with nine children survive, who are Mrs. W. B. Molohon of Owaneco, Henry, Matt, and Art; Mrs. Elvy Mooney and Mrs. Bertha Havener all of Owaneco; Mrs. Ida Blanchard of Rochester, Mrs. Nancie Friend of Illiopolis, and Verne of Kenosha, Wis. The funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Owaneco Methodist church. Rev. O. Martin officiating. Burial in Owaneco cemetery.
