Howin Hovey June 3, 1916 - January 20, 2007 COLUMBUS, GA - Mr. Howin Hovey, 90 passed away Saturday, January 20, 2007 at St. Francis Hospital. Graveside Services will be 2:00 P.M. EST Monday, January 22, 2007 at Louisville City Cemetery, in Louisville Alabama with his son, Rev Anthony Hovey officiating.The family will receive friends from 7-9:00 PM Sunday, January 21, 2007 at the funeral home. Mr. Hovey was born in Louisville, Alabama on June 3, 1916, son of the late Alto and Mrs. Ola Hovey. He was a retired Carpenter. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife and mother of his eight children, Izell Hovey, his second wife, Bertha Hovey, two sons, John Hovey and Randy Hovey Sr., two grandsons, Carlos Medley and John Estrada. He is survived by daughters, Dorethea Medley, Helen Gibson, Loretta Hovey, Dianne Paylor, and Angeline Estrada, a son, Rev. Anthony Hovey; and a daughter-in-law Ellen Hovey; grandchildren, Carroll Medley(Angie), Kelly Spells(Michael), Keith Gibson(Tammy), Karen Ledford(Luke), Kendall Ammons (Jerry), Kasey Trombley(Bob), Tammy Hovey, Tracey Hovey(David), Roni Forbes, Randy Hovey(Sandy), Christy Hammett(Jason), Donnie, Nathan(Janna), Chris(Angie), and Jeff Capes, Allen Paylor, Anhelita Owens(Jonathan), Michael Estrada(Cyrena), Angela Estrada-Smith(Jeremy), and Phillip Hovey; Great Grandchildren, Shannon Martin(Matt), Kristina, Carlos, and Shane Medley, Marlie, Parker, Clint, Matthew, Karson, and Kendall Faith Spells, Kevin and Tiffany Gibson, Mandi, Caiti, Kelsey, Dru, and Kennedy Ledford, Jacob and Tyler Ammons, Zachary and Rebecca Trombley, Robbie Lee Foster, Clay Forbes, Miranda and Amanda Hovey, Heather Hammett, Elizabeth, Madison, James Michael, Lanae, Jada, Page, and Kayla Capes, Kayla and Nathaniel Owens, Grace and Gabriel Estrada, Dante Smith; a great-great grandchild, Emma Claire Martin
