Billy, the son of Henry Ward and Frances Lorraine Ogle Doherty was born February 7, 1954, in Pineville, LA. He passed away Tuesday, May 1st, at his residence in Simpson, LA.
Mr. Doherty grew up in the Temple, Simpson area. He attended Simpson High School. He loved to be outdoors. He worked in the construction industry.
He was preceded in death by his brother John Gary Doherty.
He is survived by his wife of 37 ½ years of Simpson; Three Sons and Wifes; Three Brothers; Six Sisters and six grandchildren.
Services were under the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
