David Washington Harshfield was wed 1st. to Parthenia Jane Carrico Harshfield, they had three daughters, and all three girls and their mother are buried in valley cemetery. We have had a headstone placed on the grave of the girls which has never had one. David then wed Mary Irene Sylvestor Garlinghouse Harshfield, and they had 7 children , 5 sons and 2 daughters.
