Arthur Dale Foster Sr, 76, of Springfield, MO, went home to be with the Lord April 28, 2012. Dale was born July 23, 1935 to Arthur William and Lillian (Kennell) Foster in Webb City, MO.

Dale was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Doris, step brother, Kenneth Baker, two step sisters, Jewell Swanson and Juanita Cooper.

Dale is survived by his wife Alice, step mother, Helen Foster, children, Arthur Dale (Deana) Foster Jr, David Ray (Dane) Foster, Douglas Earl (Kimberly) Foster, Daniel Dean (Rhonda) Foster, Daryl Thomas (Karri) Foster, Denise Lynn (Bob) Kaiser, Debra Sue (Joe) Kaiser, Marlana Denise (Jim)Doyle. Twenty grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Dale graduated from Springfield High School in 1954. Dale joined the Navy in 1955 and was a Vietnam Veteran and he retired in 1978. Dale attended Baptist Bible College and graduated in 1982. He pastored Osage Baptist Temple in Warsaw, MO.

Visitation will be held Monday, April 30, 2012 from 6 to 8 p.m. in Greenlawn Funeral Home South. Services at Parkcrest Baptist Church, Tuesday, May 1,2012, 9:30 a.m. Burial will follow at National Cemetery in Springfield, MO.
