Nates Rites This Morning
Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Nates, 80, who died Tuesday [February 27] afternoon at her home near Chapin; will be conducted at 10:30 this morning from St. Jacobs Lutheran Chruch near Chapin by the Rev. Mr. Moose, assisted by Rev. J.J. Long of White rock. Interment will be in the churchyard. Mrs. Nates is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Henry Clark, one sisiter Mrs. Carrie [Nates] King, both of Chapin, her half sister Mrs. Ellen [Nates]Courtney of Charlotte, NC and ten grandchildren.
