Marion B. Cleveland, 99, passed away Thursday, April 26, 2012 in Wichita Falls, Texas. Graveside Services will be held at 3 PM on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at Crestview Memorial Park with Rev. Mike Miller, Trinity United Methodist Church, officiating. Services are under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home in Iowa Park.
Marion was born April 24, 1913 in Andover, Massachusetts to George H. and Marion D. (Saunders) Burridge. She married the love of her life, Grover Lander Cleveland on May 15, 1943 in Coffeyville, Kansas. She was at one time a member of the Iowa Park Lioness Club. She loved bird watching, cats, traveling and reading; but most of all, loved her kids and grandkids.
Marion is preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and one grandson, Bradley Cleveland.
Surviving relatives include two sons, George Lander Cleveland and his wife, Nancy and Roy Neal Cleveland and his wife, Claudia; all of Wichita Falls; two grandsons, Brady and Ross Cleveland of Wichita Falls; and one granddaughter, Alysun Kotal of Austin, Texas.
Memorials are suggested to the Trinity United Methodist Church in Wichita Falls or to Hospice of Wichita Falls, PO Box 4804 Wichita Falls, Texas 76308.
