C. Bodenhamer Dies Thursday


Clinton Bodenhamer, aged 45, died at 9:30 o'clock Thursday night in the Bedford hospital, after an illness of four days. Death was due to uremic poisoning and pneumonia. Mr. Bodenhamer lived in the city most of his life, but had been making his home at Bedford in recent months.

He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John W. Bodenhamer. Survivors are two children, John Bodenhamer, of Austin, Tex., and Mrs. Betty Scott, of this county, and five sisters, Mrs. W. E. Clark, of Bedford, Mrs. Hollis Hall, of Ellettsville and W. S. Adams, Mrs. Henry Mercer and Mrs. John Cummings, of Bloomington.

Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Clear Creek church, and interment will be made in the adjoining cemetery. The Rev. F. R. Messersmith will be in charge of the services.

The body will be taken Saturday morning to the home of the sister Mrs. Adams. 1009 west 6th street.

Bodenhamer Last Rites on Sunday


Funeral services for Clinton Bodenhamer will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Clear Creek church, in charge of the Rev. F. R. Messersmith. Interment will be in the Clear Creek cemetery and pallbearers will be Charles Rader, Jennings Pauley, Mike Kennedy, Fred Branam, F. L. Wildrick and Russell Giles.

Mr. Bodenhamer died Thursday night in the Bedford hospital. He is survived by two children, five sisters and a granddaughter, Phyllis Ann Scott.
