Louis N. Tower,59,died Thursday night at the home of his son,Frederick R. Tower,413 Roosevelt Ave.,following an illness of eight months. He formerly was employed at Perfect Circle company where he worked for 22 years. He had been a resident of New Castle for the past 40 years.
Surviving are the widow,Mrs. Lulu Tower;two daughters,Mrs. Robert Woodward of New Castle and Mrs. William Smith of Toledo,OH;the son, Frederick;six grandchildren;four brothers,Ben, Charles and John of New Castle and William Tower if Peoria,IL.,and a sister,Mrs. Jesse Abbott of Columbus,IN.,and several nieces and nephews.
The body is at the Davis funeral home,where friends may call after 1 o'clock Saturday afternoon and where services will be conducted Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock with Rev. Herman Ast officating. Burial will be in South Mound Cemetery.
