Ida Jeanette Martin (Daniels) Marley, 76, of Shawnee died Sunday at a local hospital.
She was born Nov. 20, 1926, in Saint Louis to George Martin and Mamie (Lancaster) Martin.
Marley was a retired Walmart checker and attended Liberty Baptist Church. She was married to Fred Daniels who preceded her in death in 1968. She married George Marley on July 4, 1970, and he also preceded her in death in 1988.
Also preceding her in death were her parents.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Rick L. and Karen Daniels of Tecumseh; daughter, Janice Holloway of Shawnee; seven grandchildren, Jerry and Krista Daniels, Jack Daniels, Angela Holloway, Renee Holloway, Mark Lockner and Mike Lockner, three great-grandchildren, and family friend Walt Holloway of Shawnee.
Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Resthaven Memorial Park with the Rev. Bill Matthews and the Rev. Phil Thompson officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Resthaven Funeral Home.
