Funeral services for Franklin David Cox, 66, of Clayton, NM, will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, April 27, 2012 at the First Assembly of God in Webbers Falls with Reverend Wendell Cox officiating. Pallbearers will be Gary Cox, Butch Cox, Tommy Cox, Paul Swearingen, Dusty Ross, James Cox, Duke Zinzer, Burt Zinzer, Jamie Cox, and Brett Beavers. Burial will be in Vaught Cemetery under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service of Webbers Falls. David was born May 2, 1945 at Morris, OK, the son of William Edward and Hazel Pauline (McConnell) Cox and died Sunday, April 22, 2012 following a motorcycle accident. On July 18, 1988 he married Reba Gaye Lawrence in Summerfield, TX. Survivors include his wife, Reba, of the home; three children, Dusty Natasha Marie French of Melrose, NM, George Andrew Cox of Hereford, TX, Scott Trammell and wife, Michelle, of Winchester, Virginia; grandchildren, Dustin James French and Nikolos Alexzander Punn of Melrose, NM, Natashia Marie and Dakota Ray Cox of Evans, GA, Ryan and Jalianne Trammell of Winchester, VA, Joseph and Brandon Dean of Lubbock, TX; mother, Pauline Cox of Muskogee, OK; brother, Eddie Cox and wife, Lorretta, of Gore, OK; sisters, Linda Jensen and husband, Arni, of Mineral Wells, TX, Sue Daniel and husband, David, of Plano, TX. He was preceded in death by his father, W.E. "Red" Cox.
