John H. Wysong, 66, Winchester, route 2, died at 5:30 a.m. Saturday, June 28, 1969, at the Randolph County Hospital following a two week illness.
Mr. Wysong was a farmer, a Randolph County native and lifelong resident, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles D. Wysong. He was a member of the Main Street Christian church, Masons, and Eastern Star. His first wife, Martha, died in 1966.
Survivors include the widow, Laurine; a daughter, Mrs. Sheldon Harris, Winchester; two sons, Phillip D of Winchester and John of Grove City, Calif.; seven grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Fred Miller, Winchester; two brothers, James and Robert of Winchester.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Walker funeral home, Winchester, in charge of the Rev. Harold Simmons, with burial in Fountain Park.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and one hour before services on Tuesday.
