ROSCOE - Beatrice Calvert, 90, died Wednesday in a Colorado City hospital.
Services will be at 10 a.m. today in McCoy Funeral Home Chapel of Memories in Sweetwater with the Rev. Orvel Brantley officiating. Burial will be in Sweetwater Cemetery.
Mrs. Calvert was born in Sweetwater and graduated from Newman High School. She was a homemaker and moved to Roscoe in 1985. She was a member of Jonesboro Baptist Church and was the widow of John Calvert, whom she married in 1927 in Sweetwater.
Survivors include one daughter, Lanelle Drake of Roscoe; one son, Jim Calvert of Dunn; one brother, W.B. Carson of Abilene; five grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
