Floyd White Farrar is my grandfather. He was quite a fellow and the bio of him could go on for a while.
He came to California in early 1920 with two young kids to start a better life from the one he had in Hillsboro TX. He lived in Glendale CA till the early 1930s and then moved to Highway Highlands near La Crescenta CA. Then lived there for many years till 1949 when he moved to San Bernardino, then Redlands. He and his wife Kathleen (Kay) then settled in Yucaipa in early 1950 and stayed in the area till his death in September of 1981.
