LYONS - Josephine Jay Nodurft, 90, died Aug. 11, 1995, at Lyons District Hospital. She was born Dec. 18, 1904, at Little River, the daughter of Roy R. and Amelia Ralston Taylor. A longtime resident of Lyons, she was a graduate of Lyons High School and was retired office manager for Consolidated Gas Utilities Corporation at Lyons.
She was a former member of the Presbyterian Church at Lyons.
On May 31, 1924, she married Harry M. Nodurft at Lyons. He died June 10, 1967.
Survivors include; a son, Howard, Tucson, Ariz., a brother, H.C. Taylor, Lyons; a sister, Julia, of Emporia; two grandchildren, Patricia McKinnon, Denver, Colo., and Steven Nodurft, Tucson; and one great-grandson, Richard Craig Nodurft, San Diego, Calif.
Memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Sillin Funeral Home, Lyons, with the Rev. Tom Robson presiding. Burial will be in the Lyons Municipal Cemetery.
Memorials may be sent to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in care of the funeral home.
