Harry served in WWII in Patton's Third Army in Germany and France. He married Julia Graves in 1939 and raised three daughters, Barbara Lorene, Sandra, & Joy Melinda. Harry spent his etire adult with ESSO Co., becoming the distributor for Roane County in the late l950's. His only hobby was enjoying automobiles, which he bought and traded often. He worked hard in the stressfull business world, suffered a heart attack and died at the young age of 54.
