Escondido - Services for Genie A. Miller will be at 2 p.m. Friday from the Alhiser-Wilson Chapel. She died Monday.
Mrs. Miller was born in Dadeville, Ala., and had lived four years in the local area.
Officiating at the services will be officers of Escondido Chapter 154, Order of Eastern Star, and Rev. William G. Wright, pastor of the First Christian Church. Burial will be in Oak Hill Memorial Park."

Born June 17, 1936 in Dadeville, Okla (sic, should be Alabama), she had lived with her husband and family four years in the local area, coming from Montgomery, Ala. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Montgomery Chapter No. 180.
Other Survivors include sons, Robert, David and George; and daughter Vickey; a brother, Joe Allen, a sister, Mrs. Mary Hall and her mother, Mrs. Haley Hindorff, all of Escondido.
Rev. William G. Wright, pastor of the Escondido Christian Church will officiate. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Memorial Park."
