Cameron Herald (Cameron, Milam Co., TX), 9 Jun 1904, p. 5, c. 2
.
Obituary --
.
At the home of Dr. and Mrs. Price, Tracy, Texas at 7 a.m. June 3rd, after ten days of intense agony the helpless infant (Glady Ozell Sheffield) of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Sheffield yielded to natures ills and the sweet Angel of Death entered its earthly tabernacle and captured its little spirit, away on snowy white wings was born the immortal to God who gave it.
.
When medical skill and neighborly kindness were exhausted then, with broken hearts, father, mother, relatives and friends accended to the Great Physician in whom we have all our cases.
.
The remains borne to Little River Church and there laid to rest with two infant cousins (Verdie Shuffield and Isaac Shuffield), who precided it by less than ten days.
