NONAGENARIAN DIES HERE LAST EVENING
Stanislaus Dandoy, Pioneer of This Section, Succumbs
Funeral on Saturday
Stanislaus Dandoy, a pioneer settler in this part of Wisconsin and a resident of Green By for a score of years, died of a general breakdown last evening at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Jacob Basten, at 1120 Doty Street. He was 33 years old.
It had been arranged to conduct the funeral service for the aged man at 9 o'clock Saturday morning at St. John's church. Father Ricklin will officiate. The remains of Mr. Dandoy will be interred at Allouez. The family requests that no flowers be sent.
Mr. Dandoy was born in Belgium and came to America when a young man. About 60 years ago he located on the border between Bron and Kewaunee counties. He retired 20 years ago from farming and came here to live.
The relatives who survive him are his wife, two sons, desire of Marquette and Joseph of Marinette; six daughters, Mrs. Edward Hollette of McAllister, Mrs. August Ahlborg of Wausaukee, Mrs. Henry Ahlborg of Green Bay, Mrs. S. Malfroid of Houghton, Mrs. ME. Malfroid of Calumet and Mrs. Jacob Basten of Green Bay.
