He was born in Parkersburg, a son of the late Ray Cunningham and Patty Corbitt-Aichele.
Mr. Corbitt was formerly employed with DuPont and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his fiance, Amy Newbanks of the home; one son, Ricky Corbitt, also of the home; one stepson, Joey Leasure of Parkersburg; grandmothers, Peggy Cunningham of Parkersburg and Betty Trembly of Wirt County; three brothers, Bill and wife, Staci Barker, and son, B.J., of Parkersburg, Jonathon Cunningham of Parkersburg and John Barker of Wirt County; two sisters, Yvonne Cordell and husband, Tiger, of Cleveland and Tabitha Cunningham of Wirt County; two sisters-in-law, Veronica and Paula; one brother-in-law, Tommy VanCamp and wife, Renee, of North Carolina; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandfather, Bob Corbitt; and great-grandparents, Bill and Margaret Lynch.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike Street, south Parkersburg. Burial will follow in the Mayberry Cemetery, Wirt County. The family will receive visitors from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
