Wabash Plain Dealer April 10, 1984:

Marguerite M. Kendall died at 3:30 PM on April 9, 1984, at Bradner Village Nursing Home, Marion.

Mrs. Kendall was a retired school teacher and a member of the Westminister Presbyterian Church, Marion.

Born Jan. 24, 1902, in Wabash County, she was the daughter of John H. and Louise (Fanning) Mattern. She married Charles Hugh Kendall in 1924. He survives.

Also surviving are one son, Robert C. Kendall; one sister, Marian Mattern; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 2 PM Thursday at the Hunter Funeral Home, LaFontaine, with the Rev. Paul St. Louis-Romine officiating. Burial will be in Center Grove Cemetery.
