VAN WERT - Forest L. Williams, 77, of Ohio City, died Wednesday night at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Lois Lutz of near Ney.
Mr. Williams, a native of Bellefontaine, resided in Ohio City 70 years and served a number of terms as village treasurer and councilman. He retired in 1953 after 48 years in the restaurant business.
Surviving are another daughter; two sons; two brothers; two sisters; two half-sisters, Mrs. Florence Boyer of Lima and Miss Mary Williams of Van Wert and a half-brother.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Cowan & Son Funeral Home. Burial will be made in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ohio City.
