Born in Bluffton, Mr. Huffman resided at 2905 S. Florence Street. A retired painter, he was a member of the Byron Thornburg American Legion Post No. 10, the Eagles Lodge and the organized painters local union.
Survivors include the widow, Cecelia; two sons, Clarence Charles and Elmer H., both of Torrence, Calif., and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 814 S. Adams Street. Burial was made in the Grant Memorial Park, Marion.
