"Philip O. Bruden, 74, 3520 Chippewa River Drive, died Wednesday at Luther Hospital. He was born in Eau Claire, where he married Winifred J. Voss Sept. 9, 1950. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a sales representative for Heagle Furniture Manufacturing Co., worked for Eau Claire Bedding Co. and retired from Lenmark-Gomsrud Funeral Home.
Survivors include his wife; and three sisters, Winnifred Bruden, Eau Claire, Gloria Newman, Minneapolis, Gwendolyn Spaulding, Frankenmuth, Mich. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Grace Lutheran Church, with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call after 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at Lenmark-Gomsrud Funeral Home, and an hour before services at the church. The family prefers memorials to Grace Lutheran Church"
