She was of the Pentecostal faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Fulks; her daughter, Mary Jane Webb and a grandchild.
Ms. Fulks is survived by her daughter, Elaine Dale of Marked Tree, AR; three sons, Ralph Fulks of Marked Tree, AR, Thomas Alvin Fulks, of Gaylord, MI., and Joseph Fulks of Joplin, MO., and her step-son, Kenneth Fulks of Paragould, AR; nine grandchildren and six great-grand-children.
The funeral service was held in the funeral home chapel and interment was in Parkin Cemetery in Parkin, AR.
