She was married to Benjamin McGee Jeffus (1866-1912) on 20 June 1894 and they became the parents of Emma May [Jeffus] Barrow (1895-1986), Mack H. Jeffus (1897-1967?), Thrian T. Jeffus (1900-1948), John Edward Jeffus (1903-1982) and M. Dee Jeffus (1908-1967). Her husband Ben died of heart failure in 1912. The United States Census for 1940 shows Pearl as widowed and living with her youngest son Dee. Sometime after 1940 Pearl married ? Greenwood and she moved to California where she remained for the rest of her life. She passed away 13 Dec 1956/1965. There is a conflict between her headstone and the California Death Index Record.
