Myrtle Mae Madsen, age 67, died June 14, 1994 in a Salt Lake hospital.
Born November 20, 1926 in Heber City, Utah to Walter E. and Sarah Marie Moon Averett. Married Richard V. Berardy, later divorced. Married Ardell Madsen, later divorced. Member of the LDS Church. She was raised and educated in Heber City. She enjoyed gardening and dancing. She was a former employee of Dugway and Tooele Army Depot. She loved her family, especially her children and grandchildren.Survivors: son, Robert Rainwater and wife, Teresa, Tooele; daughter, Pamela Berardy Sandberg and husband, Robert, Grantsville; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Marion Jean Corless, Grantsville; Eula McClanahan, Los Altos, Calif.; many loving nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by a son, Bruce R. Berardy, her parents, and a brother, Douglas Averett.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 17, 1994 at 11 a.m. in the Tooele North Stake Center, 583 No. 270 East. Friends may call at the church on Friday from 9:30 a.m. till 11:00 a.m. Interment, Tooele City Cemetery.
