Anita Marie Bentley, 52, of Lincoln, died on Monday, November 8, 2010 in Lincoln. She was born on November 29, 1957 at Falls City to Dwaine Leroy and Juanita (Prater) Anno. She was a 1976 graduate of Sacred Heart High School in Falls City and attended the College of Saint Mary's in Omaha. Anita was married to Kevin Michael Bentley, who preceded her in death. She worked as a Registered Nurse at St. Elizabeth Regional Medical Center for 25 years.
Anita is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Mindy Anno of Lincoln; son, Dustin Anno of Lincoln; daughter, Chelsae Bentley of Lincoln; grandchildren, Isaac, LaCole, Kaleb and Madilynn; step-father, Leland Caskey of Lincoln; brother and spouse, Dwaine Leroy and Sandy Anno of Falls City; brother, David Wayne Anno of Fairbury; sister and spouse, Geri and Tim Meyer of Avoca; brother and spouse, Doug and Sue Anno of Lincoln; sister-in-law and spouse, Kae and Bob Kirkendall of Falls City; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kevin, parents, grandparents, and mother-in-law, Bonnie Bentley.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 11, 2010 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Friday, November 12, 2010 from 9 a.m. until service time. The funeral service will be held on Friday, November 12, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Wyuka Funeral Home. Burial will be at a later date in Rulo. Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
