MILLER, Alida Elizabeth, 82, of Richmond, went home to be with the Lord April 13, 2010. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 49 years, Roger A. Miller Sr. She is survived by three children; eight grandchildren; one brother, Welcome Carpenter of Rome, N.Y.; and three great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 15, 2010, at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Avenue, Richmond, Va.
