The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Harrell-Faircloth Funeral Home with interment in Liberty Hill in Worth County. The Rev. J.E. Moak will officiate, assisted by the Rev. Bobby Brown. The grandsons will serve as casketbearers. A native of Girard, Ala., Mrs. Dorminey was a homemaker and a member of Trinity Baptist Church. She was the widow of James Thomas "Jim" Dorminey Jr.
Survivors include her son, Jerry; three daughters, Melba and husband, Donald, Vivian and husband, Donald and Linda and husband, Jimmy; brother-in-law, Robert; 12 grandchildren, Donna, Janet, Susan, Dean, Genia, Dana, Justin, Don, Carole, Ricky, Gail and Joey; 23 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 7 p.m.-9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Colquitt Regional Hospice, 2516 Fifth Avenue, SE, Moultrie, GA 31768.
