LEROY- Mrs. Mary L. Richards, 56, of Kniffen Rd., died early this morning at her residence after a lingering illness.
Born Jan. 26, 1902, in Oklahoma, she had been a resident of Leroy for 19 years.
Surviving are her husband, James; two sons, George and Thomas of Leroy; one daughter, Mrs. Homer Spear of Leroy; her mother, Mrs. Atha Richards, Painesville; two brothers, Edgar and Oscar Satterfield, both of Painesville; one sister, Mrs. Jo Cummings, Painesville; and 11 grandchildren.
Services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at the the Spear Funeral Home. Rev. Harold Kallio, pastor of Grace Lutheran Church, will officiate.
Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home beginning at 7 tonight.
