ALBERT F. RIEGEL DEAD
Young Engineer born and raised here was
killed in Pittsburg.
Albert F. Riegel, whose death occured in
Pittsburg last week, was a son of Albert J.
Riegel, at one time a leading merchant of
this city [Buffalo], now living at Cattaraugus,
N. Y. Mr. Riegel was shocked to death in the
Westinghouse plant, where he was employed as
an electrical engineer. He was inspecting a
high powered locomotive.
Mr. Riegel was 32 years old. He was a
graduate of school No. 16 and of Central High
School, class of 1897. Before going to
Pittsburg he was with the construction
department of the Bell Telephone Company here.
His death was a great shock to his friends here.
Mr. Riegel was buried at Forest Lawn.
