Leslie was a Greyhound bus driver. In the midst of an ice storm near Appomattox VA on Dec 22, 1935 his bus skidded on an icy partially opened draw bridge, plunging the bus into the river. Inscription on headstone " DIED AT HIS POST"
Also his badge is embedded in the headstone.
