Died Aug 23, 1895 per Eastern State Mental Hospital records, but Aug 5th per family records; was a resident there for just a few days before her death but had also been in the Central Kentucky Asylum, aka Lakeland Asylum in Louisville before also.
No record of where her burial actually is but assumed was buried at Liberty but no stone was ever found. Most likely buried close to her parents, another sister & other family to the left of the church near the church pavilion.
She may have been buried on the grounds of Eastern State Mental Hospital as many others were, without markers, but I don't think so.
