BLUFFTON - Mrs. Daisy Adams, 78, of Bluffton, died at 8:30 p.m. Monday in a Beaverdam rest home after an extended illness.
Born Aug. 16, 1883, in Allen County, she was the daughter of Jasper N. and Mary C. (Stepleton) DeVier. She married William Adams in 1927, and he died in 1952.
Surviving are step-daughters, Mrs. Paul Schnegg, Plymouth, Mich., and Mrs. Oneda Redd, address unknown; and a step-son, Densel Adams, address unknown.
A retired practical nurse, she was a member of the Mt. Cory EUB Church.
Services are at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Diller Funeral Home. Rev. Jacob Friesen will officiate with burial in Maple Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Tuesday. In lieu of memorials, contributions may be made to the cancer fund.
