Ruby "Dean" Fine Foster, age 84, of Newport, TN died at her home on, Monday, April 9, 2012, after a long battle with Alzheimer's. She was a devout Christian, who loved the Lord. She enjoyed traveling, but most of all loved to be with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Y. J. Foster, Sr; grandson, David Foster; mother, Sue Addie Fine; father, Charles Alton Fine; brothers, Bill, Bob and C. A. Fine; sisters, Sue Hayes and Marie Stokely. She is survived by her children, Y. J. Foster, Jr. and wife Mary, Gerald Foster and wife Evelyn, Judy Hendricks and husband Ron and Roger Foster all of Cleveland, Ohio, Sharon Kelley and husband Bryan of Jonesborough, and Michelle Presnell and husband Kenny of Sevierville; daughter-in-law, Joanne Foster of Cleveland, Ohio; grandchildren, Denise Foster, Cheryl and Bennett Michalewicz, Christopher and Kelly Foster, Heather and Patrick Hrivnak, Christine and Lowell Perry, John and Angela Foster, Patty Hitz, Susan Foster, Jennifer and Dan Tabor, Jackie and Chris Butkiewicz, Pam Hendricks, Lauren Kelley, Hayley Kelley, Jessica Presnell, Dylan Presnell, April and Wes Lane, Major and Jamie Presnell and Jennifer and Justin Ratliff; and twenty five great grandchildren; sister, Betty McNabb and several nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Funeral services will be held 8:00 pm Friday, April 13, 2012 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Dr. Charles Boggan conducting the service. Burial will be held 11:00 am Saturday, April 14, 2012 in Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Friday evening at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral.
