Chris Albert Keffalos - full name. Nickname was "Shakey". In 2010, the new film called "Shakey's Hill/The Surge", directed by Norman Lloyd and shown on MIL 11/12/10 in honor of Veteran's Day, was dedicated to him. They called this battle "Shakey's Hill" as Shakey was point man and his nickname was Shakey was because he stuttered. They all loved him. He grew up in New Mexico from what I'm told but I do not know for sure if he was born there. However, he died in Cambodia. I will try to get a better bio. I know when he died, they were trying to find enemy Cashes of equipment and ammo and they found the largest one but several men died (12) for it. Shakey was the first of his group which was the 5th Battalion, 7th Cavalry Regiment - the same Regiment that had been in five wars and was once commanded by Gen. George Armstrong Custer. They were deployed in 1966 to Vietnam.
