Golden Duane Fralin, 78, of Blue Ridge, passed away Monday, April 9, 2012. He is predeceased by parents, Wordie and Clarice Alls Fralin; wife, Mildred Gray Fralin; and brothers, Alvin, Mason, Earl, and Clarence. Golden served in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. Left to cherish his memory are children, Danny Fralin (LeAnn), Jack Dudding (Donna), Jay Dudding, Jill Bird (Michael); sisters, Shirley Nancy (Tom), and Mirian Williamson; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Monday April 16, 2012, at Glade Creek Cemetery, with the Rev. Brian Whited officiating. A special thanks to Gentle Shepherd Hospice.
