Nancy Elizabeth Massey was the first born child of James G. and Margaret Jane(Snow)Massey.

Besides raising her four young children Nancy and Jim Nelson finished raising her two young grandsons Earl and Lee Nelson, after the death of her daughter Eunice Nelson on Mar 7, 1911. Nancy was 74 Years of age at her death in 1942. Jim lived for about a year after her passing.
