Mrs. Abbott Passes Away
Mrs Fannie Belle Abbott, wife of Leslie Abbott, died at her home in South Macon, Thursday night at 9:00 o'clock, age 25 years, 9 months, and 14 days. Mrs. Abbott had been ill for several months of tuberculosis.
She leaves to mourn her loss a devoted husband, two sons, James Leslie and Wm. Lee, one brother, her father, James T. Fugate of Bevier and an aged grandfather.
Mrs. Abbott was a member of the Baptist church at Bevier.
Funeral services will be held at New Salem church, 6 miles south of Bevier at 2:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon, conducted by Rev. W. R. Skinner. Interment in nearby cemetery by the side of her mother.
