Ruby Lee Bush, 97, died December 14, 2007 in Loranger, Louisiana. Funeral services were held at 2pm Monday, December 17, 2007 at Stringer Family Chapel with burial in Pilgrim's Rest Cemetery.
Mrs. Bush was a native of Copiah County and lived there until 2000 when she moved to Loranger, LA to live with her daughter. She was a graduate of Crystal Springs High School. Mrs. Bush was a member of Pilgrim's Rest Baptist Church where she was the oldest living member.
Mrs. Bush was preceded in death by her sons, Willard Bush and Gerald Bush.
She is survived by her husband of 77 years, Edmond Bush of Loranger, LA; son, Roger Bush of Loranger, LA; daughter, Gail Hegwood and husband, Mike of Loranger, LA; sister, Jewel Matthews of Crystal Springs; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
