Services for Mrs. Carrie Yancey Bloomer, Blanc Dr., will be at 2 p in. Thursday in the chapel at Henninger Funeral Home with the Rev. Norris Smith officiating and burial in Riverside Cemetery.

Mrs. Bloomer died at about 7:30 am. today in Jennie Stuart Hospital following a year's illness.

A native of Christian County, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Lelia Duvall Yancey. Her husband, Joe Bloomer, died in 1960, and a son, Tommy Bloomer, also preceded her in death.

She was a member of Henderson Memorial Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Virgil Jones and Mrs. Jerry Cunningham; a son, Allen Eakes, all of the city; three sisters, Misses Ethel and Elizabeth Yancey, the city, and Mrs. Lucille Meacham, Dallas, Tex.; and five grandchildren.
