Funeral services for Mrs. Eleanor Becker Wendt, wife of Pier Wendt of Midland, who died Friday morning, were held from St. Peter's Episcopal Church at 2 pm Sunday with Father S. Moylan Bird officiating. Burial was in the Wendt family lot at Prairie Lea Cemetery with arrangements in charge of the Simank-Buske Service.

Serving as pall bearers wer Lloyd Kownslar of Midland, John Sayles, Hub Baker, J. W. Barnhill, Franklin Fisher, and M. H. Wittner.

Numerous relatives and friends of the Becker and Wendt families came from a distance to attend the obsequies, among them a number of representatives of the Sun Oil Company, business associates of Mr. Wendt.
