In 1967, Mr. Allard originated the radio station WKXR in Exeter and was the manager until 1999. He owned the company from 1979-1982. His last employment was for United Cable Channel 8 in Manchester in the community programming department.
Ronn had resided in Lee NH for the past 20 years; he was formerly of Exeter NH. He was a former member of the Christ Episcopal Church of Exeter, the Exeter Lions Club, and the Exeter Rotary Club. In his free time, Ronn enjoyed traveling.
Mr. Allard was predeceased by his son Mark Allard in 1987 and his sister Janice Oyer.
He is survived by his son David Allard of Norton MA, sister Pamela Allard of Hampstead NH, and five nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, August 11, from 7 to 9 p.m., at the Brewitt Funeral Home, 14 Pine Street, Exeter. Private Graveside services will be held at Exeter Cemetery
