ADEN W CONKLIN

Aden W Conklin, 88, 28 Burdick Ave, Johnson City, died at 6:15 am today.

He Is survived by four daughters, Mrs Henry (Myrtle) Meeker, Mrs Harry (Edna) Hoag and Mrs Harry (Irma) Barton, all of Johnson City and Mrs. Irving (Eileen) Wagner, Owego; two sons, Clare Conklin, Johnson City and Myron Conklin, Endwell; six sisters, Mrs Blanche Finn, Binghamton; Mrs Florence Daggers, Gouldboro, Pa; Mrs Mamie Strausser, Scranton, Pa; Mrs Beatrice Welton, Mrs Nellie Darling, and Mrs Elva Moore, all of Johnson City; a brother, Freeling Conklin, Johnson City; 19 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; also several nieces, nephews and couslns.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 pm Thursday from the Barber Funeral Home, 428 Main St, Johnson City. The Rev Thomas G Swales, DD pastor of Boulevard Methodist Church, will officiate.

Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park, Vestal.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.
